The power of CrossFit is that it’s scalable to the individual. Each workout is designed for you and to your ability, regardless of your level. Need a lighter weight? Go grab it! Can’t do a movement? Try this instead!
In the CFS 9-Week Transformation Program you will learn the basics of CrossFit in a small group setting led by nationally certified coaches. If you're looking to lose weight, tone up or even prep for a competition, we can help. This program is designed for students new to CrossFit as a way to introduce individuals from many backgrounds to proper movement.
